How is pricing structured?
Pricing is a one-time Customer Loss Audit ($750) followed by a monthly Recovery tier — Starter ($1,500/mo), Growth ($3,500/mo), or Scale ($6,500/mo). There are no long-term contracts, no setup fees on Starter or Growth, and every plan is month-to-month.
How often do you send campaigns?
Cadence is tied to your tier — 2 campaigns per month on Starter, 4 on Growth, and 6 on Scale. Each month also includes a fixed number of active recovery sequences and a fixed number of leads/contacts included.
Which channels do you use — email, SMS, or both?
Both. Each client gets an approval-based mix of email and SMS — abandoned-cart, win-back, lapsed-customer, and rebooking flows — calibrated to their customers and platform. The exact channel mix is decided in your audit and finalized before any send.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Support is tiered. Starter is next-business-day email response, Growth is a 48-hour SLA, and Scale is a 24-hour SLA with a dedicated support lead. Anything urgent — a billing, deliverability, or compliance issue — is escalated the same business day.
What happens if a campaign underperforms?
We review the sequence at the next refresh cycle, diagnose where customers dropped off, and bring a replacement concept back through your approval queue. We do not guarantee specific revenue numbers — but every cycle produces a written review and a clear next step you can approve or reject.
How do you track and attribute recovered revenue?
Recovered revenue is attributed through your own platform — typically UTM-tagged Shopify/Klaviyo/Omnisend conversions tied back to the campaign that sent them. We report what your platform reports. Numbers are conservative on purpose: if attribution is ambiguous, the conversion is shown as influenced, not recovered.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Monthly plans are cancel-anytime, month-to-month, with 30 days' notice. Once an audit has been delivered, the $750 audit fee is non-refundable — the work and the written report have already been produced. Launch-package and ongoing-monthly fees are handled on a case-by-case basis and spelled out in your engagement letter.
How is my business and customer data secured?
We never ask for passwords. Access is granted through official platform mechanisms — Shopify collaborator accounts, Klaviyo/Omnisend read-only access, approved CSV exports, or secure shared-access links. We do not store credentials. Every campaign requires your explicit approval before it goes live to your customers.
